Scrolls to live by!

Today I begin a new life!
Today I shed my old skin. Today I am born a new. Today I pluck grapes of wisdom from the tallest, fullest vines and swallow the seed of success buried in each. And a new life will sprout within me I will make a solemn oath that nothing will retard my new life`s growth!

I will greet this day with love in my heart!
Henceforth I will look on all things with love. I will be born again. I  will welcome happiness as it enlarges my heart. I will endure saddness as it opens my soul.
Most of all I will love myself.
I will greet the day and I will succeed!

I will persist until I succeed!
I was not delivered into this world in defeat. Nor does failure course in my veins. Failure is not my destiny. I will never consider defeat. I will remove it from my vocabulary. I will try, try, try again. I will persist, I will win!

I am nature`s greatest miracle!
I am a unique creature of nature. I am rare. I am valuable. I am different. I am not on this earth by chance. I am here for a purpose to grow into a mountain not to shrink to a grain of sand. I will increase my knowlege of mankind, and myself. I was conceived in love, brought forth with purpose.
I am  the pinnacle of creation!

I will live this day as it were my last!
What will I do with this precious day?  This is the only day I have, the hours are my eternity. I will forget yesterday, not think of tomorrow. Why should I throw NOW after MAYBE. I will make this day the best day of my life. I will live this day as if it was my last.
And if it is not, I shall fall to my knees and give thanks!

Today I will be master of my emotions!
I will recognize the mysteries of moods of all mankind, including myself. I will be prepared to control whatever personality awakens in me each day. I will master my moods through positive actions. I will master my moods and my destiny is to become the best I can ever be!

I will laugh at the world!
I will laugh at the world, most of all laugh at my self. I will paint the world with laughter. As long as I can laugh I will never be poor! Four words will always carry me through all adversity.....THIS TOO SHALL PASS!
For all wordly things shall pass.

Today I will multiply my values a hundredfold!
I will set goals. The height of my goals will not hold me in awe. I will not commit the terrible crime of aiming too low. As I stumble I will rise. To surpass the deed of others is unimportant, to surpass my own deeds is all.


I will act now!
My dreams are worthless. My plans are dust. My goals are impossible....All are of no value unless followed by action. Procrastination has held me back, that was born out of fear. I will remember the lesson of the firefly who gives of its light when it`s on the wings, only when it`s in action. I will not avoid the tasks of today

Never will I pray for material things!
Only for guidance will I pray for,  so I shall be shown the way.
Let me become all You planned me for when my seed was planted and selected by You to sprout in the vineyard of the world.
Every moment of life will be a prayer of gratitude to God!
Guide me, God!
