Well how does one start…..`I am born`. Well I always wanted to say that when I read it…but that is where I shall stop, enough of Dickens.

One of the most important philosophies that I hold dear, and I truly live by is that only through love, with love, by love shall this planet, including our human spirit progress towards higher realms. Spirituality, awareness, enlightnement is the mission of each human soul.

Generally speaking I try to live these truths, as a naturopathic doctor, practicing natural and preventive medicine in Toronto. There are various modalities that I use frequently in my practice; homeopathic medicine, clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle modification, psychotherapy…and a little of the lesser understood therapies. I give a lot of talks to the public, write articles for newspapers, been on radio, TV few times I feel that the world has to be aware that there are viable alternatives to medicine.

My title is doctor, and I take that very seriously….and as the word `docere` means teacher, so I try to be a teacher to all  my patients. I feel medicine is not a profession, but a vocation, so I am totally committed to this concept. I sometimes tell my patients `do as I say, don`t do as I do`…. for sometimes that pesky ego gets in the way, and I fail to practice what I preach. But I do love what I do, and would over and over choose nothing else. This is the time for natural and preventive medicine, it is truly the medicine for the new age and for patients to be responsible for their own health.

I have been around  the world much, born in Budapest, growing up in Johannesburg South Africa, and now I call Toronto home.  All this traveling around has taught me much about the world.

By the way, I love to travel, my two most favourite places is the Yucatan, land of the Maya, and Ecuador, land of the Inca. Those cultures absolutely amaze me….though I do love Europe, and all its romance, art and history. Especially Vienna and Budapest….and wow the music is just awesome.
 
What a beautiful world we have, so much beauty, magnificence, what gifts we have been given, I am grateful every moment to God for being able to experience this awesome creation. And thus I try to live…..oh almost forgot I just adore the ocean. Unfortunately no ocean here in Toronto, but Lake Ontario is not half  bad, with a little imagination, and the seagulls I feel it is. Then again all is in the mind…all is illusion anyway…so I create my ocean!

No, I`m not married, have a grown daughter though…oh yes, I was a child bride….married at 20, just in case sombody thinks I was the `ancient mariners` wife. I don`t exactly know if these personal things are cool things to say here or not, but I`m okay with it…that what counts. I like to let potential friends know who I am. I hate secrets, skeletons in the cupboard  are just not cool.

I am a practicing Catholic, my faith is very important to me, though I do hold true to a number of Buddhist philosophies, which I feel totally in line with my Catholic views.

I also consider myself as an Indigo, which these days is is somewhat of a discussed subject….though my aura color is almost all violet, but I do vibrate with the Indigos. So I do hard to do my bit to help the world in the Indigo fashion… which goes like this;  love,  light,  peace.

Numerology wise, I do have a few master numbers, but I feel having master numbers mean nothing unless one really works at it, otherwise one just vibrates at the single values. Master numbers are rather a huge responsibility, its like one can be a `master buider`, or a `master destroyer` all depends on one`s actions. But dosn`t everything in life?

Spirituality is a huge thing for me. Prayer, meditation and awareness  is the way to enlightenment, is the only way. To be fully present, to be aware is the `how`. So I try and live my life continually in the now, being non -attatched, and totally immersed in life, in the present……it makes so much sense to me. And I feel my eyes have been open, see so much more , understand so much more that I haven`t before.

I`m interested in everything…I have come to take to heart that `anything the mind can conceive is possible`…so I never say never, only why not. Yep, I do dabble around in some of the new age stuff, but very superficially.  Lets say I understand the question when someone says `I Ching`, aura colors, crystals, energy concepts…..lol. Well perhaps a little more than that.

I absolutely adore music of all kinds, from classical to rock….where I draw the line is heavy metal. Also love dancing….being Hungarian we say music, dancing is food for the soul.

Baggage I never had much, I`m very happy with my life, my self . I live moment by moment in awe, gratitude, with joy, and happiness. I feel it is our duty to spread our light, the light of that divine spark that makes each one of us part of the divine, I feel we should all see the divine in each other, that we are in fact divine, then the world would be so much better. More love, more peace, more understanding.

We are the ` I AM ` of the great `I AM THAT I AM` who is in us and we are in Him….so in fact we are the created, as well as the co-creators of all. A drop of ocean, forever being part of the eternal ocean.
